DC has had three major crossover this year, including Officer: Down, Our Worlds At War, and the recent Joker: The Last Laugh. The latter two were released within one month of each other. According to the magazine. Writers are finding it difficult to tune their stories to fit any current crossovers.

Whether this will effect DC's decision to continue doing one or two crososvers a year remains to be seen.
