Well my anticipation got the best of me, and with mixed feelings I broke down and watched the clip, It does indeed contain spoilers I assume it's nothing major, this is only 8sec. out of 90min. but there is some significant stuff here and I'd like to comment on it. This is not a review I just want to touch on a few things I haven't seen mentioned. but if you haven't seen the clip do not read it.

Where is Superman?
This is the central theme of the clip, I hope it's not the theme of the movie. We first see superman frozen in some kind of trance, is the effect of alien foul play or is he in a state of shock? I can't remember if these aliens were meant to be the White Martians, if so they might have some telepathic control over him. Also we saw those weird shots of "superman's headache" (I believe FAILURE has adopted one of these as his Avatar), It looks like he is either possessed or thinks he is actually one of them. Maybe under their control, he's become a pawn in their plans to conquer Earth. Either way this seems awfully significant.
He then snaps out of it when the young guy in the first shot "SNAPS" his fingers, hmmm I wonder who that might be?. We don't get to hear what he says but I'm guessing it's a certain famous JL mascot (no not Marvin) I can't tell if that's him as the reporter later on, but he might be liaison between the JL and the public.
Then Superman seems to go in the opposite direction as Batman, who's joined the military defense of Metropolis, I wonder what he knows?
Now this is the shot I really whish I hadn't seen, but only cause it's such a great shot, Martian Manhunter appears to morph out of thin air, If this is the first time MM reveals himself to the league I'll be pissed! just cause its so momentous . I'm guessing it is, because although Superman just stands there, Batman (and if this is the case the scene will certainly go down in history) seems to back away in fear. Yes the Dark Knight turns-tail:p . He's faced a lot of freaks, but never an alien. The scene is unforgettable and priceless, and a props to Timm for seizing the moment.
The rest plays out as more of what we saw in the trailer, The Flash cruising over the ocean with Green Lantern by his side was amazing (they seem to be in the midst of a debate, I love it), WW dropping out of the sky to protect the fallen Hawkgirl was beautiful! We know she deflects bullets in the next scene, and from the bios there's obviously tension between the aloof WW and the feral Hawk, so most likely this scene will have allot of weight.
What can I say, I wish I hadn't seen any of it out of context, but it dosn't change a thing, I have 87.8 more beautiful minutes to look forward to.
