The WB has put up an official announcement on their plans to reair the Smallville pilots. Thet said:
We heard from lots of you, and from a number of our affiliate stations, that many viewers had their VCRs programmed incorrectly and missed the final eight minutes of the Smallville premiere. Due to the unprecedented viewer requests, The WB is combining the 68-minute premiere with episode 2, creating a special 2-hour movie presentation for broadcast by each local WB station the weekend of October 26th - on either Saturday or Sunday.
Please note that the times listed are local times (specific to each station/market). And remember that clocks get turned back one hour at 2 a.m. Sunday! We wouldn't want you to miss a minute this time.
Smallville has been a ratings smash, and the Smallville Movie Weekend is expected to pull in big numbers for the weblet. To see if your local town will be getting the special 2 hour Smallville presentation, click Here.
