It was originally announced the pilot would air in widescreen and only widescreen, but that is not so.
On November 17th, the pilot will air in it's full frame aspect ration of 1.33:1. Then the following day during it's special Sunday rebroadcast, the pilot will air in it's origial aspect ratio of 1.85:1. The widescreen premiere will have special commercial bumpers saying: "Cartoon Network is pleased to present tonight's Justice League in Widescreen".
