The only new characters that have been on EE&E are random animals. Thats all.

It would be interesting if the specials which will not take place during the summer will include other kids and possibly adults.

I think the closest thing we'll see to Eddy's brother is that outfit Sarah and Jimmy wore of Eddy's brother.
