In the previous episode of X-Men: Evolution, entitled Fun And Games, a startling relevation was revealed - Mystique was alive! It was revealed she was new character Risty Wilde, a friend of Rogue's. This sub-plot will play out throughout the season. Mystique's design has changed since she was altered in the season finale of last year. Marvel Studios has released an image of the new Mystique.
In other news, Kids'WB! has announced that they will be moving X-Men: Evolution to the weekday slot for five weeks as apart of their Toonami weekday line-up. The show will replace Cardcaptors. New episodes will continue to air on weekends with repeats during the weekdays. Kids'WB! so far as 15 episodes to rerun. The new weekday schedule will include "Strategy X" on Monday, Oct. 29, then "X-Impulse" on Tuesday, Oct. 30; "Rogue Recruit" on Wednesday, Oct. 31; "Mutant Crush" on Thursday, Nov. 1; and "Speed and Spyke" on Friday, Nov. 2.
A new episodes, The Beast of Bayville, will air this weekend.
