Help me find info for a specific Bugs cartoon

I need the title of a mid to late forties bugs bunny episode. It's the episode where Bugs is upset that the U.S. government only pays 2 cents for a rabbit. In a fit of anger, he travels around the country, declaring, "Bugs Bunny was here!". He then manages get the Armed Forces to hunt him down, hence raising his bounty.
