ya know I've seen better honestly. Ironcowprod's Superman is much more on model. And even my Flash is better than his.

They can still legally sell those? I thought ebay put a lid on unauthorized customs for sale.

I think that was just on that Star Wars customs company. Even though the customs are still being sold, I beleive the company is out of business.

If it's you're own work, isn't it legal? I know artists sell things out there, so wouldn't this auction be put in the same category?...

I believe that to be true. Ebay shuts down most auctions of CD-R material, for example, unless you are an original artist selling your own music on there in CD-R format, but you have to pretty much state that you are the copyright holder of the said material. So...I guess the question is, can the artist hold the copyrights to these custom figures? Don't they have to give credit to DC somehow?
