The question is which of these two ducks do you consider to be the very deadly?
My pick is Darkwarrior Duck. Here are 2 quotes which prove my point-
1. Darkwarrior- I am the terror that hunts in the night.
Darkwarrior- I am the jackal that knaws at your bones.
Darkwarrior- (Scares the jaywalker by firing his tank) I'm not finished yet.
I am Darkwarrior Duck
2. (This scene he fantisizes about going back in time to when laws were first written)
Darkwarrior- The penalty for coveting somebody's wife, death.
Darkwarrior- Stealing yaks, death.
Darkwarrior- Dragging mud through the kitchen floor, ooh death.
Darkwarrior- Waking up cranky in the morning, mmmh death.

Oooo, now this would be a great battle to watch. A super-bad-ass "good" guy vs. Negaduck, where there are no holds barred.
Ultimately, I'd choose Dark Warrior Duck to win, simply because he was always able to beat Negaduck in some fashion before he went to the dark side of vigilantism. Negaduck can't really change much - he's pretty evil and wicked through and through, already. :)

Hm, interesting question. In a competition over their sheer evilness, I'd say Negaduck is more of the villian. In a competition over who was more dangerous, I'd say Darkwarrior Duck. Negaduck's rotten to the core and cares about nothing save himself. However, being so devilishly rotten makes him nearly predictable. You know he's a lunatic, you know he's evil, an you know never to get around him. Darkwarrior Duck is also a lunatic, with a ruthlessness that rivals Negaduck's, but the edge is that Darkwarrior is a zealot. He honestly believes what he's doing is right, and is willing to go to any lengths to make sure he remains right. That kind of misguided fanaticism, to me, is far more unstable and destructive than anyone who just goes around and just being 'evil'.
In a fight, though, I'm not really certain who I'd pick. On the one hand, Darkwing Duck always managed to beat Negaduck somehow (ignoring that mostly it was due to luck or outside help), so going with that logic, no-nonsense (and, as Tim said, SUPER badass) Darkwarrior would own Negaduck fairly quickly. As I said, Darkwarrior Duck is ruthless to a fault. (And that is a very big fault, I might add.) Any and all crime must be eliminated, and seeing as how he knows what Negaduck is capable of, I don't think he'd waste time with cheap theatrics, and would just off him right then and there. Furthermore, Negaduck is used to fighting Darkwing, and going toe to toe with someone who is and isn't Darkwing could possibly throw him off guard. Then there's also the technilogical and experience advantage that Darkwarrior would most likely have...
On the other hand, though, Negaduck cheats and Darkwarrior most likely doesn't. I sincerely doubt Negaduck would be stupid enough to face Darkwarrior mono e mono, and would set all kinds of traps for him along the way. There's also the fact that Darkwarrior is at least twenty years older than Negaduck; and while Negaduck is always dodging police and DW, Darkwarrior has spent several of his most recent crimefighting years hiding behind machinery and technology, and hasn't battled anyone that offered a huge challenge to him. Therefore, it stands to reason that Darkwarrior has lost some of his edge, both physically and tactically.
All in all, I'm not really sure. Just for the 'better the devil you know' factor, I'd say Darkwarrior Duck would win, but again, it's really up in the air. (Also, I would so not go near either Darkwarrior or Negaduck, thank you very much. :p)

Actually after looking things over we have to Compare the two characters and I have to say that Darkwarrior is indeed the more crazed of the two combatants here.
Because while Negaduck is a Self-centered Megalomaniac, who is also a sociopath, and only cares about himself, we have Darkwarrior Duck who after losing Goslyn (By means of Quackerjack's Time Top). becomes the more dangerous of the two characters here..
If you notice in the Episode Time and Punishment, Darkwarrior is almost literally Talking to himself, and is acting more on the rage and anger of the psychosis of Losing Goslyn in Quackerjack's Time Top, then being the rational hero and vigilante that he was..
In fact you can imagine someone who is much like a law enforcement agent, who goes too far, and just outright Killing someone just for Litering or Jaywalking.
Then you have to look at what Darkwarrior becomes when he starts to contmeplate the use of Quackerjack's Time Top..
He figures the best way to protect the people he loved, would be to alter the reality of the past, to the point that anything short of breathig would be punishable by death. now if that's not a guy who is bent on being "The Ultimate Anti-Hero" Then I don't Know who is!

If you notice in the Episode Time and Punishment, Darkwarrior is almost literally Talking to himself,Just have to say--he did that usually, though it was more narrating than actually talking to himself...
and is acting more on the rage and anger of the psychosis of Losing Goslyn in Quackerjack's Time Top, then being the rational hero and vigilante that he was.. Of course he is. It's pretty clear that Goslyn was the only reason that he retook his old name of Drake Mallard. If you want to get all melodramatic and psychoanalytic, you could say that Goslyn was the only thing that made him want to be a normal person again, and thus, put him back in touch with reality and the people he's trying to save (and thus, impress :D).
If he were to lose that, especially without proper closure, he'd go insane. I think anyone under DW's circumstances would. Hell, a lot of people not under those conditions lose it after loved ones go missing. People who are important to you are important for a good reason, and to lose that would tax even the strongest person's mental state.
He figures the best way to protect the people he loved, would be to alter the reality of the past, to the point that anything short of breathig would be punishable by death. now if that's not a guy who is bent on being "The Ultimate Anti-Hero" Then I don't Know who is!Actually, I thought all that would make him a villian. You know what they say about good intentions...
