Interesting, but I can live with REVOLUTIONS. It sounds good. I just hope the movies add up to the first, using wire and 3D camera effects to dodge the dreaded curse of the sequal...

Well dang... here I was hoping for something like The Attack of the Matrix...if Lucas can use it, then dammit, "Attack Of..." must be a dang good title =X
I do like your The Matrix Revealed better, I can live with Revolutions... at least it's not a campy title =X

I was hoping for THE MATRIX: The Removal Of Keanu, or THE MATRIX: The Return Of Ted Theodore Logan. Either would have been a likely improvement on Keanu's current status.
In the meantime I can cope with REVELOUTIONS...

It seems the Matrix Revisited DVD will contain an 8 minute segment on the second Matrix Movie The Matrix Reloaded.
For the most part it looks definitely bigger with the fights, better with the agents
and better with the visual effects. A person who i've been talking to said they were
in the works of adding a teaser trailer to this, so by the time they get this out in
stores it should be on there. In the short 7 to 8 minute preview, it shows us a fight
they were working on in the Manex Studios in Alameda, California.
And guess what fight it is? The very much talked and heard about Neo vs. 100
versions of himself. It's 8 guys vs. our original Neo and from the video it looks like
each different version has a different fighting style like ju-jitsu and such, like Neo
has been shattered into 101 pieces, each with a different trait. It's hard to explain
but easily understood when seen.
Then they showed Trinity's new suit, and it looks awesome, it's like a PVC dress
version of Morpheus' trench coat, completed with PVC gloves and knee high boots
with some cool new shades. They show Morpheus' two new looks and one main
thing is his shirts are red. Like Cypher, so if red is the symbol of blood or death,
then that doesn't sound good. I'll leave that up to you to decide.

Wait a minute? So is there even information on this Matrix 2? And we now have a title for Matrix 3?? I don't wanna see a trilogy of this garbage.

Not quite as anti-Matrix, but I'm not sure if I feel there is enough there to warrant three films... I'd have been quite happy with it being a one film self contained project (sans the awful Keanu flying leapy bit at the end!).

I'm gonna see them. Sure they could've done better than Keanu, but I'm always up for some brainless action movies.

I thought Keanu was a very good choice for the Matrix. I mean he didnt have to talk much, he didnt have to show much emotion, he just had to fight once in a while. And run around. It was perfect for him. You know when Keanu doesnt belong in a movie because it becomes painfully obvious. Personally I'm looking forward to M2 and M3, that fight scene sounds awesome.

The Matrix may be slightly overrated, but they're still fun to watch, I think. I can put up with a trilogy, and I'll probably enjoy it.
But for the love of god, why does Keanu keep getting acting roles? The man's a bipedal fish.

One of those little end-of-the-year items that a magazine once ran went something like this:
That's two more than Keanu Reeves:
A Japanese inventor has a created a robot that can mimic 5 human facial expressions.

LOL! Keanu does seem to show only one or two emotions, and that sorta made him work for the matrix movies. But it would still be nice to have someone else for a change...

Keanu was at his best in the Matrix which I'm afraid it's much really. He was excellent in Bill And Ted... then what the hell happened?
Luckily, The Matrix wasn't that taxing in the acting department so he pulled through however I still think they could have casted someone 20 times better..!

Very true. lol it's definitely glaring Keanu does not appear to be very sensitive... he's no Harisson Ford or Sean Connery! But it suits the role.

But Keanu did a good job at looking cool, right? I'd say that was more important to them than acting ability. And I think that works fine, since the Matrix seems less about strength of performance and more about the environment that it takes place in.
I think its like the difference between the Star Wars trilogy and the Godfather trilogy. The Godfather movies had brilliant acting and a equally strong story to tell. The Star Wars movies weren't about the performances or depth of story, but about the incredible universe that George Lucas had created and the Good vs Evil battle that existed in it. Nobody thinks about Mark Hamill or Carrie Fischer with regards to Star Wars, but instead about the movies themselves. I think its the same with the Matrix. It's not Keanu Reeves or Carrie-Anne Moss that will be remembered, its the movie and the world it creates.
And I think in structure, the Matrix trilogy is going to be very much like the Star Wars trilogy. The first Matrix introduced the story environment and conflict, while not really resolving anything. "A New Hope" did the same. ESB really moved things forward, and ROTJ concluded the battle between the Alliance and Empire. I think Matrix 2 and 3 will do something similar, with M3 closing out the battle between humans and machines. In terms of story, Matrix has as much as Star Wars for creating a trilogy.

This is all very true and I agree totally with it. But it still comes awfully close to saying that Keanu is best employed as a special effect, doesn't it? :D
In fact, if we learned he was created by a Japanese inventor who hadn't mastered the requisite number of facial expressions, it would go a long way toward explaining some things. . . .
