Batman Vengeance, the toy line?

Just had a thought, if Hasbro and Ubisoft wanted to promote their products they would have an easy game.

I noticed that Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy from the Arkham Escape 4 Pack look EXACTLY like their polygon versions. Ivy in BV has the look of the action figure and not the TNBA look. And the Arkham version also has a pink lipstip just like in BV...
Also Batman from the Gordon 4 pack looks like the BV Batman (the grey is a bit brighter and cape, boots, gloves, and mask have sort of a "reflective" look)
The only new thing Hasbro has to produce it the Batplane. The first wave could like this:

Batman (gordon 4 pack)
Poison Ivy (arkham 4 pack)
Harley Q. (arkham 4 pack)
Mr. Freeze (insect body repaint)
Joker (wild card repaint)
Gordon
Alfred
Batgirl
Batmobile
Batplane (the only NEW item, and since it appears in JL it would be a good deal for hasbro to make one)

Better repaints than what we're getting now, right? I'd love to see the Batplane done, that'd be really cool....
