Where's some good places to download Anime and Cartoons?

i know lots of people here have downloaded anime, btas and bb eps, but from where, and what software do you need? i'm retarded when it comes to things like this, so any info would be apprieciated. peace.

I use WINMX to download videos...it's like napster, it's got songs and pictures you can download, too. I think it's really neat, although I'm still a new user on it. you can download it at http://www.winmx.com

Argh.

We just went through this two weeks ago... we can't use this forum to distribute information about downloading TV shows. Period. The studios that make these shows get annoyed because these downloaded shows don't make them any money via commercials. And when the studios get annoyed, message boards get shut down. And World's Finest nearly got shut down with all the ROTJ bootleg talk. Get the picture?

This really shouldn't be necessary... it's all in the rules.
