I found this cool method of doing pictures on the PC...
Ok, check out this (http://www.toonzone.net/worldsfinest/wfepisodes/iysswayr_02.jpg) image.
Now check out the result of what I did here (http://www.geocities.com/jawa_tarpals/iysswayr_02.jpg) (may not work for some..just go to geocities.com/jawa_tarpals and find the image there)
Isn't that cool? it looks like it's in it's "beginning" stages...
thought I'd share it with you guys.. :)
and just in case you guys are wondering, I can make avatars look like that too..hehe.
