How come in a lot of post-54 cartoons, there's a lot of camera shaking? For example, during a scene, the camera would shake and then pan up a little bit. It doesn't look intentional and certainly doesn't help the scene. I noticed this especially in BUGS AND THUGS. Why'd they do this?
