Just curious, some think it's a Bugs cartoon (TV Guide, for example), some don't.

It's definitely a Daffy cartoon with a Bugs cameo in it.

It's Definitely a Daffy cartoon. Bugs is only in the ending as the animator.

Yes! a Early Daffy cartoon and not a Bugs!

Bugs is on Rabbit Rampage with a Elmer cameo at the end

Wellllllllll.... if you think about it, Bugs IS there all throughout the cartoon. You just don't see him until at the end. So, I think it is a Bugs cartoon and Daffy sorta hogs the spotlight.
