Batman Live Series: Who would you cast?

They've had live series focusing on Superman and the Flash, but have ignored the Dark Knight detective for quite some time. If a live Batman show was to be produced (and I'm not counting the crappy 60s version), who do feel would make the best casting choices? Here are some of my preliminary pics:

Batman/Bruce Wayne - Michael T. Weiss (The Pretender)
Robin/ Dick Grayson - Elijah Wood
Joker - Mark Hamill (why mess up a good thing)
Two-Face - Jonathan Frakes
Scarecrow - Crisplin Glover
Catwoman - Jennifer Garner
