Question about Spawn comic

I have been thinking about picking up the title. I liked what I saw in the cartoon and picked up the odd comic here and there, but now I want to read the earlier stuff. Does anyone know where I can get trade paperback information on the really early issues of the Spawn book, like the first 30 or so? How many issues are in each trade, and what are the prices? Any help would be great. With the news on that Image team book popping up, my interest in this character has popped back up.

I can't help you out on trades info, sadly.

However, I can tell you that back-issues of Spawn can be had pretty cheaply, and I think this is the best way to read the series, assuming you have a nice, big comics store in your area.
