"Operation: Rabbit"
My second choice would go to "To Hare is Human" or "Compressed Hare".

Operation: Rabbit. Funny, great timing, good looking, what more could one want?
To Hare Is Human is my second choice, another great one.

The only one out of these that I have seen is OPERATION: RABBIT, which is okay, but isn't among my favorite WB shorts.

I choose "To Hare Is Human" Wile E acts soo stupid in it.
My worst is "Rabbits Feat" Bugs acts like RR on Speed.

Rabbit's Feat was the not was Bugs acts like RR on speed, it's on Hare-Breadth Hurry.
My best are Operation: Rabbit.

I cast my vote for "To Hare Is Human", mainly because I really like this cartoon a lot more now that it is airing unedited. ABC sure cut a lot out of this one when it was on network TV.

"Operation: Rabbit" was most effective and the novelty of Bugs and Wile E. played very well, but I have to admit that many of the best gags are in
"To Hare Is Human". The look on Wile E.'s face as
grenade 2 is going to explode, for instance. "Compressed Hare" has some of the wittiest dialog.
"Are you in, genius? Incapable? Insolent?" "Now, look here, me bucko." "Occupational hazard." "Now he has concrete evidence I'm a good neighbor."
"Rabbit's Feat" is sort of a precursor to "Hare-Breadth Hurry" as Bugs just does what the Road Runner usually does, scaring Wile E. by sudden exclamations. Neither one really does much for Bugs, though I love his last line in "Rabbit's Feat". "Don't take life too seriously. You'll never get out of it alive."

I guess I'm the only one who likes "Rabbit's Feat" best, although "Operation:Rabbit" is close. It's just a more frenetic, manic Bugs, that's all. Watch his ears in the cartoon. Chuck Jones did an excellent job. Hey, with dialogue like, "Daddy, you're back from Peru! We thought you'd been run over by an elevator!", what's not to love here! Bugs makes a great foil for Wile E. in the first place.

Operation: Rabbit
I kinda like Hare-Breadth Hurry. It's "unique", but why does Bugs hafta poke fun at Wile E. every 3 seconds?
I don't really like Rabbit's Feat only because Bugs acts kinda like a baby in that episode (note: when we see Bugs sleeping, he's sucking his thumb).

Well, let's see: I was overdosed on Operation Rabbit before June Bugs; I honestly think that was the only Bugs & Wile E toon CN had @ one point.
When I saw Rabbit's Feat for the first time in years, I thot, "Ah-ha!" Those who watch KWB might remember one of those recycled stock footage spots: "This is the Brain. This is the Brain on Bugs." That's from where the footage of Bugs came, but y'all already know that.
HareBreadth Hurry was one of those toons where they were trying to find some new direction in which to take an old formula; any direction would've done, even straight down. It was the '60's, & change for its own sake was being embraced. Jones was doing well with High Note & wanted to do something different, shake up one of his standard formulae; when Road Runner couldn't make it in one day he thot, why not do a Bugs & Wile E. toon unlike any Bugs & Wile E. toon before. So this time, instead of the standard, he wanted Bugs to act like Road Runner. It didn't work.
Compressed Hare was good, as it had some metahumor in it. I loved it when Wile E. saw through Bugs' "What's up doc" routine, only to be duped anyway.
But my favorite is To Hare Is Human, the one with the UNIVAC. "Rock, falling, what'll I, DO?" *Go back & take your medicine* "The beauty of this machine is that it only has one moving part." Need I say more?
