Are you asking how to you put in your own avatar? If so, here are the directions that Jon Cooke gave a while ago on this board:

First you need to find a small image. Next, go to your "Control Panel" then click on "Edit Options". Scroll down to the bottom of that page and you'll
see an option for Avatar, click on the button that says "Change Avatar". Next, click "yes" under "Use Custom Avatar". Then you can either enter the web address of your picture, or you can upload one from your own computer.
