Looks too kitschy for me. Kinda like they're paying homage to old school sci-fi horror films, but are doing worse than need be. Homage to that stuff should be in the vein of say, "Pleasantville" or even Austin Powers, but this is just sad. Looks like a big budget.

I saw this a couple weeks back at the NuArt. It's both "B Movie" and parody. I mean, the dialogue and "special effects" are over the top bad. The skeleton is pretty much immobile in all his scenes. So it's getting a wider release? I wanna see it again

Oh, come on. This trailer was amusing. It's obvious the intention is to accurately recreate the atmosphere of B-movies from the 50's. Blatent examples of Hollywood stupidity would be things like "White Chicks" or "Catwoman". This is just Hollywood paying homage to its own silly past.

Looks like a well done parody. I especially liked "You'll be STERILIZED by fear!" but I don't think I actually have the patience to sit through it if it's longer than like 15 minutes. I'm all for pastiche and the postmodern mockumentry, but I get bored fast. There's no way in hell I'd be able to sit through it if it wasn't insanely over the top. If it sticks to type it'll just annoy me.

It looks pretty amusing too me. It mainly looks like it's parodying the old crappy films of the drive in's during the late fifties where we got such classic films as The Creeping Terror, Monster A Go Go, The Screaming Skull and others. I don't know how good it's going to be, and I wouldn't pay money to see it theatrically, but it looks like a fun rental.
