Worship songs can be pretty catchy. There's plenty of Christian music out there that's good - you should try dropping your inhibitions sometime and give some bands a chance. I think a long time ago there was a pretty good thread on the subject... a search might yield some results.

i have a secret.

a whole shelf of pelicans and other stuffed animals is near my computer. a whole bunch of them. maybe having them would make you doubt my manhood, but having them has kept me saner than i'd have been without.

and every ty beanie baby that's a pelican, i detag real fast, so the value is gone and what remains is the cool pelican they made instead that will neither be sold in my lifetime, or be sellable.

i also have lots of stuffed gorillas, each with names. of lots of sizes. and if you send me stuffed toy gorillas i will be your friend a lot more.

if not stuffed toy gorillas, 32 meg sd cards for my birthday , and my old digital camera, would be a nice replacement.

I hear you man. One of my friends is bisexual and a would-be Pagan, and I'm a Christian (or at least I try to be). Two years ago she told me she was keeping me in mind in case things didn't work out with her then girlfriend. I told her it's a no-go. - I collect cook books, and I don't even use most of them. I think I just like all the pictures and the *idea* that I will use them and pass them on to my kids. Yeah, sappy.

- I cry when I watch sappy commercials, like that Disney one where the guy buys his wife/girlfriend a glass slipper, etc. I do this when I am alone, but when I am in a room with other people, it doesn't make me cry.

- I almost cried when the Sox lost that game 7 to the Yankees. It was just so darn frustrating....

- I like to watch infomercials.

Due too a misdiagnosis, I was given hormone treatments which boosted my mental and hormonal age to that of an old man.

Secrets? Um. I can't ever tell if someone likes me. Some of my female friends tell me I'm completely oblivious and I agree :o. I know if I like a girl, but I can never tell how a girl feels about me. - I'm an atheist.

- I currently have no friends with whom I can hang out with on a regular basis. Although, I do go to LAN parties with my cousin occasionally.

I really dislike our society where learning disabilities and mental illnesses are considered dark secrets. There is nothing wrong with you and anyone who says there is just likes massaging their own egos. Some people can't go to sleep at night without feeling that they're better than someone else. Stigma is one of the last acceptable forms of prejudice in our society.

For the record I suffer from Schizo-effective, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, And Asperger's Syndrome (a form of autism) and I'm not ashamed in the least.

I hear that. I shudder at the thought of the tally of stuff I have destroyed because of my ineptitude at certain video games. I've got about half a dozen holes in my wall from punching and kicking them, I've shattered a multitude of glasses, some accidentally, some on purpose, and I broke a rental copy of Super Smash Bros when I lost and proceeded to rip it out of the N64 and throw it against the wall. The ultimate was when I took my brother's wooden sword and annihilated a toolbox with it. The thing looked like a crushed soda can when I was done with it. I'm not a violent person though. That's the only time I get like that and I've never taken it out on a living thing.

I can't sleep without some kind of sound going on. If it's dead quiet I'll just lay there until it's time to wake up, and probably end up sleeping in class later. For some reason I used to get to sleep with bands like Pantera and Slayer playing, but lately I've been listening to stand-up comics.
