My cousin was visiting my house, climbed a tree, fell out, landed on his head, and now has a laceration and a broken collarbone. He's screaming and moaning, having trouble remembering where he is and what he was doing, we had to get paramedics over here, and now he and everyone but me are off to the hospital.
As said, I feel sick.
MOD EDIT: Removed unnecessary explitive at beginning of post.

Yikes...that's a rough situation. Hopefully the little guy will heal fast. Broken bones are always a bummer. :(

OK, as of now he's in the hospital undergoing CAT scans. His collarbone was hurt badly and has swollen up a lot, and he's still dazed, but for the moment it doesn't look like he'll suffer any permanent physical or mental damage, which I was most worried about.Something I feel pretty bad about was that I was studying right by the window, and heard him quietly saying "Ow..." bleeding on the sidewalk over and over, and I THOUGHT HE WAS JUST JOKING AROUND. In fact, I was about to go out and tell him to stop when my parents were alerted to him first.

This is quite an unfortunate turn of events for you and your family, my sympathies. I should hope that your cousin comes out of this with no enduring harm or injuries and at least a bit the wiser.
I hope he'll be well on the mend soon.
Also I hope you're feeling better in yourself, don't feel bad about it or the fact that you didn't see it happen or thought he was just messing about outside the window, kids get themselves into these situations and always have and that's a fact.
