Is my Idea for a fine world too Weird?

i have think many times and i ask you people of Toon Zone what do you think of my idea of a fine world.

Send All Aids Infected people into a Island. that is MILES MILES away from society Aids rate will drop so bad
Send All Old People to an island that is near countrys that would make economy stable.
Evacuate Iraq Decent People then nuke it.
And if i had to be president i would keep my family with me even old members of my family.
Do you think my idea is too weird?
