Hey, that's funny! Dimple Overhill of Nobottle is mine. If I didn't already have a user name I'd use that one. I like it.

Using Joseph, I got Bolo Bulge of Great Smials.
Using Joe got me Dimples instead of Bolo. I think Bolo works better. Besides Joseph is my official name. And Dimples is a little too cutesy for me.
When I used to play an online MUD, I was a hobbit named Jodo. (Yes I know its Boba Fett's real first name, but I picked it cuz it sounded like my real name!)
Thanks Failure, this was pretty cool!

Gorbulas Loamsdown of Deephallow. I have NO IDEA how my name translates to that (how do you turn Mathew into Gorbulas..?)
Hey Joe Tully, is Jodo Boba fett's real name? I thought Jodo Kast was that punk who ran around pretending to be Fett - or did I miss something..?

Mungo Bramble of Willbottom?!
Eh, I like it! :D Mungo...I really ought to use that from now on. Mungo, Mungo, Mun-GO! :)
My last name is a shortened version of Wildgoose...so Willbottom ain't that different. Nice touch for me.

LOL! This is hilarious...mine is:
Bolo Took of Great Smials
what a name!
I did it again w/ my full name and it came out as:
Samwise Took of Great Smials
interesting... :)

Yep, Jodo Kast was this moron running around in Mandolarian armor, pretending to be Fett and getting higher commisions as a result.... Fett caught up to him in "Twin Engines of Destruction" and that was the end of Kast. A number of Expanded Universe sources mention Fett as having been a rogue Journeyman Protector named Jaster Mereel, but that may be contradicted in Episodes 2 and 3.
Oh yeah, here's the name I got outta that hobbit-name thing: Lila Knotwise of Michel Delving...
BTW, speaking of Tolkien's saga... has anyone here read "Bored of the Rings"?

You're a Knotwise too? I'm Pimpernel Knotwise, also of Michel Delving. Apparently we're related.

Check out also "Lord of the . . . whatever" (http://flyingmoose.org/tolksarc/book/book.htm), put together by the alt.fan.tolkien crew. (Warning: It's PG-13, at least, and in places verges on R.)

To be honest, I only heard about that second hand from people who liked Star Wars much more than me, I guess they either were wrong or miscommunicated. I've only seen the movies. It was a comment made maybe once or twice by a couple of folks in those games. Sorry for the confusion.

Well, it's up now... Typed your name in and got "Olo Toadfoot"
Oh yeah, I'm playing around with it now, and apparently Daisuke Motomiya("Davis") is Drogo Goldworthy of Michel Delving, Satoshi Tajiri(creator of Pokemon) is Drogo Chubb-Baggins, Ken Ichijouji is Berilac Bleecker-Baggins of Fair Downs, Kasumi Yawa("Misty") is Melilot Overhill of Rushy, Remus Black is Fard Proudfoot, Sirius Lupin(I wanted to hypenate their names, but switching is just as good) is Longo Brandybuck of Buckland, Syaroan Li is Mungo Hornblower of Waymoot, Jenrya Li is Polo Hornblower of Waymoot, Takato Matsuda is Fosco Goldworthy of Michel Delving, Taichi Yagami is Posco Goodbody of Brockenborings, Ruki Makino is Esmereldat Overhill of Nobottle, Bra Briefs is Bramblerose Boffin of Needlehole, and Pan Son is Ruby Loamsdown of Deephallow....
I'd better stop. :D

On the name justin(my real name for those who give a flying crap)
I got Olo Bracegirdle of Hardbottle.
Then on the name I go by(Bob, it amuses me so...) I got me Mongo instead of Olo, I like the latter more, who agrees with me ;) :D

Olo was a mischevious monkey in one of my favorite storybooks as a wee bairn...so I suppose it's oddly appropriate for me. Toadfoot I'm not sure about, though. Gracias, Rocky...or Lila, as the case may be.... ;)
Just don't confuse me with the stuff in those healthy potato chips that give you the Hershey-squirts after you eat high-fat foods--that's oleo. :D

Lessee...I'm Daisy Grubb of Little Delving. Yeah! I'm a hobbit. What was strange though, was that I typed in both my parents names and they both came out as Dimple Grubb of Little Delving...

Hmm, my Hobbit name is Podo Boffin of Whitfurrows which is ironic as that was exactly the nickname they gave me at school however my collegues pronouced it as 'gweebo' or ever so occasionally 'greaser'.
Funny world, n'est pas?
Using Rachel I got Tigerlily Foxburr of Loamsdown. Using Rae, it was Goldie Foxburr. I kinda like the first one... ;)
Hmmm...I'm gonna have to type in some of my friend's names now.:D

Hobbits, of course, are obsessive about family trees and relations. So naturally I had to do a little digging back through my old roots, to see if I could find any tasty taters.
I am, I think I mentioned earlier, Pimpernel Knotwise of Michel Delving. My old dad Sancho (also of Michel Delving) married Dimple Bunce, fathering me and my sister Cora. Along with her sister Primula (now a Bramble living in Willowbottom) and brother Prodo, my mother was the daughter of Samwise and Bramblerose Bunce of Brockenborings. My dad is the son of Gorbulas (again, of Michel Delving) and Sweetpea Knotwise; the latter was originally a Bumbleroot, but of no known location. Same for grandmother Bramblerose, who was formerly a Hardbottle.
Have I any cousins (aside from Miss Lila, apparently :p) out there?

I'm a Bob too, so I got Mongo Underhill of Frogmorton.
