JL in reruns...

I was thinking the other day, are there any episodes of "The Batman/Superman Adventures" from the late 1990's that could be aired on Cartoon Network as 'reruns' of "Justice League" along with the regular past episodes? I would think so! They could air the following episodes, because in hindsight they look and feel just like JL episodes to me:

"World's Finest" Parts I, II, & III
"Knight Time"
"The Demon Reborn"
"Girls' Night Out"
"Speed Demons"
"The Hand of Fate"
"In Brightest Day..."
"A Fish Story"
"The Main Man" Parts I & II

They could just run the opening title sequence first, then jump into these episodes, since they don't have any 'teasers'... :)

Maybe when Unlimited starts, and the focus is less on the league and more on the individual/cooperating heroes.

Man, I would love to see "A Fish Story" and "The Main Man" again. I am so glad the DVDs are coming so I'll have at least the latter finally. I would rather they go back to airing the Batman/Superman Adventures again on weekdays with maybe Batman Beyond.

I don't see a need to insult people's intelligence by trying to pass off episodes of Batman or Superman as episodes of JL. Why not just make a DC Universe slot?

I've always advocated a DCAU animated hour where they'd take BTAS, TNBA, STAS, BB, JL, JLU, TT, and maybe even Static and Zeta and just rotate the episodes. Add a new opening, new bumpers, etc, it'd be a huge syndication package.

Well, it's beginning to sound like JLU is coming pretty close to that...
