Plucky Duck Show

Now I've read a few notes about The Plucky Duck Show but as it was never screened on this side of the Atlantic I haven't had the pleasure of watching an episode.
As far as I know I didn't miss much as all the featured cartoons were taken from TTA anyway and the couple that weren't ended up as TTA episodes in their own right soon afterwards. ( Return of Batduck etc... )

But I was just wondering if Plucky was actually seen on screen linking the stories. And if so, did any of the other TTA gang make any sort of guest appearance during these links? ( Via NEW footage )

Nope, there was no linking by Plucky. But for the first couple of weeks there were new cartoons shown, seperate from TTA. Then the show became a showcase of old Plucky cartoons from the previous seasons of TTA, before finally becoming TTA altogether in November. A very short-lived show. But I'm glad the theme song still lives on, whenever "Return of Batduck" is shown in TTA reruns.

It would had been sweet if The Plucky Duck Show continued another season. He's my favorite character after all. :)
