i don't know if this thread is simply funny or simply silly!
as you know many classic cartoon character got some trademark lines or way to act(woody's legendary laugh, popeye eating spinach),
well how cartoons you remeber in which these trademark characteristics do not appear?
example:
woody's legendary laugh is not performed in BANQUET BUSTERS
popeye does not eat spinach in ME MUSICAL NEPHEWS(and in his technicolor remake RIOT IN RHYTHM),MOVING AWEIGH
bugs bunny does not say what's up doc in TORTOISE WINS BY A HARE and
HIGH DIVING HARE
tweety does not say i tawt i taw a puddy tat in THE LAST HUNGRY CAT,
A PIZZA TWEETIE PIE,TWEET AND LOVELY,SNOW BUSINESS,A STREET CAT NAMED SYLVESTER,TWEETY AND THE BEANSTALK
Other suggestions?

I posted an earlier thread similar to this, which questioned cartoons that Bugs did not have a carrot or carrot juice in his hand or mouth, and nobody was interested.
Yo Duck, have you seen "Night on Earth"(1991) by Jim Jarmusch? I love the episode with Roberto Benigni in Rome. If you have seen it I wonder if you can translate something for me? Let me know.

I'm not sure if this counts, but Daffy says "Sufferin' Succotash" in these cartoons.
"Ain't That Ducky"
"The Great Piggy Bank Robbery"
"The Up-Standing Sitter"
"Baby Bottleneck"
"Daffy Dilly"
"Hollywood Daffy"
"Fiesta Fiasco"
"Skyscraper Caper"
Any others?
And as oposed to times when Daffy says "sufferin' succotash", here's a list of when Sylvester doesn't talk at all. He actually doesn't talk much in most of his cartoons.
"Peck Up Your Troubles"
"Tweetie Pie"
"Dog Gone Cats"
"Scaredy Cat"
"Bad Ol' Putty Tat"
"Home Tweet Home"
"Putty Tat Twouble"
"Fowl Weather"
"Claws For Alarm"
"Jumpin' Jupiter"
"Greedy For Tweety"
"Mexican Cat Dance"
"Its Nice To Have A Mouse Around The House"
"The Wild Chase"
"A Taste Of Catnip"

"Trip For Tat"
Sylvester talks in "Trip For Tat". He talks to the tattoo artist who offers to tattoo a can of sardines on his chest ("Nevermind the sardines, just finish my face!").

I started a discussion about cartoons where Popeye doesn't eat his spinach awhile back.
Here's the thread
