Smallville gave TheWB the best numbers for their network for Tuesday, raking in a very impressive 6.7/10 rating. This means close to 10 million people tuned in to watch the adventures of Clark Kent in his home town. Smallville gave the network their best Tuesday ratings of the night and put them in 4th place behind NBC, CBS, and ABC. TheWB placed ahead of FOX and UPN.
Smallville took a big chunk out of TheWB refugee, which suffered a massive drop from last week, only pulling a 2.8/4 rating, less than 4 million viewers. Not only did Smallville beat Roswell, but it is also pulling numbers higher than Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel which aired in the same timeslot over the past few years on TheWB.
The bigger challenge comes next week when WB will see if Smallville will keep attracting the high numbers.
