BURBANK, CA (October 15, 2001) – On Saturday, October 6, Kids' WB! finished the morning as the #1 network among all competition, including cable, in Boys 6-11 (5.0/21). The network led the broadcast competition for the fifth straight week of the 2001-2002 season to rank #1 among Kids 2-11 (3.0/13), Kids 6-11 (3.4/15) and Boys 2-11 (4.2/17). Among Kids 2-11, Kids' WB! outperformed ABC (2.1/9), Fox Kids (2.0/8) and CBS (1.3/6).
Returning favorite Jackie Chan Adventures, in its 9:00 a.m. ET time period, captured the broadcast competition to rank as the #1 program for the morning among Kids 2-11 (3.7/16) and Kids 6-11 (4.2/17). The comedy-adventure series ranked as the #3 program for the morning among all competition, including cable, in Boys 6-11 (5.8/22) and Boys 2-11 (4.8/19), tying with Cubix (4.8/22). The new breakthrough 3D-CGI animated series Cubix, at 8:30 a.m. ET, topped the competition with its best numbers season-to-date in Boys 6-11 (6.3/27) and ranked #1 for the morning, tying Nickelodeon’s “SpongeBob SquarePants” (6/3/23). The futuristic robotics series also finished among the top 5 broadcast programs in Kids 2-11 (3.1/15) and Kids 6-11 (3.9/19).
