Biggest "Female Dog" in Animation?

i hope no women or mods are offended by this. i thought it'd make a nice theme for a different, interesting topic. that's all. please don't kill me.:sweat:

i noticed a lot of cartoons seem to have a female character that is either mean, rude, jerkish, evil, cruel or just all around "female doggy". so not like ladies.;)

so who do you think is the nastiest female animated character that causes much pain for the rest of the characters in the show?

my vote has to go to Vicky from Fairly Oddparents. the way she makes Timmy's life miserable is really cruel. i can't see how she can get fans.

runner-up would be Sarah from Ed Edd & Eddy.

Edit: In the interest of fairness there needs to be examples of jerky, male chauvanists. My vote would be for Peter Griffin, hands down. "Make dinner anyways, Lois, and we'll throw it out, I don't want you to get rusty." Ugh.
