Recently, I've been wondering about people with the last name Ansolabehere. Cartoon Cartoon fans who read the credits --- like I do --- will recognize that name, as Martin Ansolabehere did the model designs for the first season of Dexter's Laboratory. Just now I found a drawing of his (with a dodgy title, I might add) for sale on Tim Biskup's web site, http://www.timbiskup.com You might also recognize Biskup's name, as he does the backgrounds for Time Squad, & is nominated for an Annie for his work; recently, he also did the paintings for a PPGs Golden Book. But I digress; this is about the Ansolabeheres.
Recently, I became interested in the Nicktoon Hey Arnold! One of the creators is Joe Ansolabehere. He worked on the first run of Rugrats, as did Craig Bartlett. Together with Steve Viksten, they created Hey Arnold!; & the next year Ansolabehere co-created the ABC toon Recess with Rugrats co-creator Paul Germain.
So what's the point of this? Well, when I hear of 2 or more people with an unusual name, I wonder if they're related, especially if they're in the same profession. So does anyone know? I haven't been able to find out so far; are they related? I'd appreciate hearing the info from whoever has it.
