View Full Version : 24 or Smallville?

I was just wondering what people would choose to watch when the choice comes. I believe both are scheduled for Tuesdays at 9pm. I'm not sure which I'd choose. Normally, the political/cop type dramas aren't my thing, but 24 sounds interesting. Then again, Smallville is Superman. Hopefully not a rehash of Superboy though or a Dawson's Creek meets Superman. What I've heard about it seems interesting though. Just wondering about the rest of you.

That sure is what the commercial makes it look like. I'll probably record it and watch 24. I know that's cheating as far as your poll goes, but that's really what I'm gonna do.

I voted for SMALLVILLE, because, well, it's Superman. If I'm at home, where I get The WB, I'll definately be watching Smallville.
Besides, from the previews, I can't even tell what 24 is about.

it'd be "24" for me.
Re: "Smallville"
"No tights, no flights"? No viewing from me, either. "Superman Goes To Dawson's Creek" won't get my eyes.

...for morbid curiosity, if nothing else. Besides, I don't know squadoo about this 24 thing. All in all I'm not happy about the new season on The Frog--no adult animation, no Popular, no Jack and Jill...and Reba McIntyre has her own show. Hmm. Can't say I've ever listened to her music, but "down-home performer personality gets own folksy sitcom" didn't work for Jeff Foxworthy , so I have my doubts....

You needed to ask? Smallville looks far more intersting than I was anticipating, so I am watching!

"Airplane!" is on tonight. I know what you're thinking..."You chose '24'. Surely you can't be serious!"
Well, I am, and don't call me Shirley!:p

But "Airplane!" is a completely different show altogether!

That 70s Show, followed by Undeclared. Anyone else getting hooked on that show? The Freaks and Geeks folks strike again...
...er, then Smallville. 'Cos I'm an escapist.

Yup. If you liked Freaks and Geeks, you really need to check out Undeclared. It's not as heavy as F&G, but it's still intelligent, touching and playfully warped.
