It has Barret in it, only he looks more like Ice T than Mr. T now...


It's rumored that the movie is really just a big intro movie...meaning there's a good chance that the game will come considering the sales of FF X-2 have done very well at sales...

When I first saw images of Advent Children, I was a little put off by the style. I thought the wild hair styles just didn't fit with the realistic CGI. But seeing that clip has restored my faith. The more I watched that clip, the more I liked it.

That officially gets an A for Awesome.

I really want to play FFVII again after hearing that music and seeing all those people. I mean, really, heh, my inner Fanboy squeeled after seeing Garret pop up - I had assumed we'd just be seeing Cloud and Sephiroth up to this point.

I hope sales of this are good enough to get them to release a remake like they rumored so long ago.

If enough people yell about it, maybe 2006. (Excluding fansubs, otherwise it'll be a month after)

But more than likely it'll be slapped on DVD instead of a theater run.

I thought it was going to be a direct-to-DVD movie, anyway. I figure it'll be out in the states around early 2005.

All the sites I frequent gave it an estimated July 10, 2004 release date in the U.S.

How nice that would be. But I doubt that they can record US va's in such a short time. All I'm hoping is that it comes out before the year is up.

And I just heard a rumor that apparently FF VII will be re-released on the PS2 and the movie will come with the game. Can anyone confirm this or is it just another bogus rumor.

i highly doubt that, they did talk about remaking 7 like years ago but i think it was just an idea.
