I loved the idea about Starboy. Here's my idea for a spin-off for McGuirk called The Adventures Of McGuirk.
McGuirk still works at the school but the show mainly focuses on McGuirk's neighbors and he. He plays with his swords; sometimes makes movies with Brendon; tries to become principal at the school and more. There's my stupid idea.

Wow, that's such a good idea that we REALLY did need a brand new thread about it!

I don't think it would go well. End of commentary.
It would be awesome.
Hey.
He could live next to Captain Murphy and Dad too.
That spin off would kick.

I said this before, McGurk could only work on his own in specials... not in his own series.
He's best as a secondary character, i think. A Jason spinoff after HM ends that shows his family and other new "wacky" characters would be interesting. But for it to work, i think he should move to a new town. Being around Brendon, McGuirk and Melissa in every episode would basically seem identical to Home Movies.

Oh, have the baby grown up to Brendon's current age. Have Brendon away at film school. History repeats itself with twists.

Starboy is of bigger priority than McGurk.
