Not only was it horribly redrawn, but miserably time-compressed ! Wimpy in particular sounded awful--almost womanlike--and Popeye sounded like he was getting strangled....

They call it the DROOPY show...but unless I'm mistaken I don't see one Droopy title in that lineup! :confused: :mad:

Droopy was in "The Chump Champ". That's the one where Spike cheats at various sporting events in order to win a kiss from the Queen of Sports.

No, Freleng directed "Sports Chumpions" -- what you're thinking of is the football game played in "Avery Memorial Stadium" that was part of the cartoon.
