Having never seen an Oswald cartoon, I couldn't say. Speaking of, anyone know where I could get info on the pre-Lantz Oswalds? The ones by D*sn*y & by the Mintz unit (essentially the same unit sans D*sn*y, Iwerks & Stalling, but that's another story)?

There's an out-of-print tape called "Disney's Beginnings" with two Disney Oswalds on it. I've been searching for it for some time now myself.

I do have that video, it contains two Oswalds shorts, "GREAT GUNS" and "THE MECHCANICAL COW" both of these cartoons are the re-releases from 1932 with Lantz supplying muscial and sound effects for the cartoons.
