I'll probably go to the one in Dallas.
I live in Arlington.
I also posted about this in the AS board. Would anyone want to make some group outings to this film? Post where you live and what theater you are going to. If you don't know where it is playing by you, just ask someone. If I go, I'm going to the one in my city: Baxter Avenue Theater.

I will definitely go to see it, presuming that it comes to the Philadelphia area and that I find out about it before it leaves again!

Landmark's Main Art theater in Royal Oak, Michigan. And I'll probably be headed down there this weekend too, to catch Spirited Away's re-release.
That's where I saw Spirited Away, and that's where I plan to go see Cowboy Bebop.Originally Posted by Evil Dr. Reef

I'll be going to the Dobie Theatre in Austin, Texas...only a week and a half to go...
What if one has already seen it in a theatre?
Oh well, I may well see it again anyways....
I'm going to the playing in DC.
I'll be there in a heartbeat if it comes to Salt Lake City. I was surprised when Spirited Away came to two theatres here, so I'm hoping Cowboy Bebop does too.![]()
My friend tells me that he saw ads for the film at a Vancouver theatre, but there's no mention of any Vancouver showings on the film's official website. Does anyone have access to an updated theatre list?
Same here... the Dobie rocks. I was just there this weekend to see "City of God", and they showed the trailer. The poster's up, too, and they have free Cowboy Bebop postcards you can take.I'll be going to the Dobie Theatre in Austin, Texas...only a week and a half to go...
On a sidenote, it looks like it's mainly Landmark chain theaters picking this movie up. So there is a pattern of sorts.

can't worry about tomorrow's pain tonight - lucky boys confusion
Going to the one in Berkeley, or San Francisco.
I will see it as soon as it comes here. Which means on DVD.
Hey, anyone from Kelso/Longview Washington catching it in Portland?
Maybe I just live too far out in the sticks...![]()
I haven't seen it yet, so I think I'd like to go. Unfortunately, our city isn't that great at playing anime in theatres. We didn't get Princess Mononoke or Spirited Away yet. But Metropolis did air here. Go figure.
Well.....
If Regal Cinemas decides that we get it, I'll see it.
They're odd, Sometimes we do get the limited play movies. (We had Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon BEFORE they won the oscars...)
But we didn't get Metropolis...
SO i'd say it's 50/50.
then again..., since it's a widely loved anime series on US television... maybe 60/40 in my favor.

I'm really hoping it comes to Albuquerque. I'd actually be surprised if we didn't get it. Metropolis, Spirited Away, and Princess Mononoke came here so there's a possibility CB will too *knocks on wood*
