Gundam Wing DVD set worth buying??? Yes or No.

I never saw Gundam Wing, but I like what I saw of Endless Waltz.
So I was wondering if it would be worth buying the Gundam Wing box set? For reference I have seen Z Gundam, MSG, V Gundam, 08th MS Team, 0083, 0080, F91 and liked them all.

I think so. I got the set and that was after I've seen the series quite a few times. The extras are pretty standard and the first three or four discs you have to sit through the logos and stuff but after that you can skip past them right to the menu. It's a good long series so go for it.

Gundam Wing is a little more teen oriented than, say, 0080, but it's still a really great series. (the presence of many, many bishounen doesn't hurt either) If you liked Endless Waltz, 0083, and 8th MS Team, then you probably won't be dissapointed.

Personally, I didn't like Gundam Wing. It had way too much stock footage (re-using old footage again and again) and the pertty boy characters of the Gundam pilots irritated me. Personally, I wouldn't recommended it. Spend your money on something better.

If you like action and dubiously argued military philosophical points, pick it up! I bought the set for my brother for Christmas; he's a big fan of the show.

It's a good show. It's not a war drama, like most Gundam series, so don't expect one.
