"I love the type of women that can kick my ass." Spike
If thing's are like the last run i am gessing one new episode.

Doesn't look that way. The four episodes showing this week were just finished only a little more than a week ago.Originally posted by lupin the 3rd

it's five new episodes.
OMG! I'm so sad! I don't get UPN and i've watched every singe eposoide of digimon since it began!
That sux.
There are only four new episodes this week. "All Aboard" episode 156, the first episode of Season 4, will be airing this Friday.
Today's episode was awesome! About time they got rid of Arbormon, he was quite pathetic anyways. Now we get to see what Duskmon is like.
Currently buying: Gun Sword, Black Cat, Shana, Negima, Tsukoyomi Moon Phase, Best Student Council, Case closed season 2+3
On the lookout: School Rumble, Tsubasa, AMG s2, Keroro Gunso
Anyone know when the new episodes start again?
What I'm wondering is whether this season will follow the pattern of previous seasons. Inevitably, sooner or later the battle for the digital world will spill over to earth and involve the kid's families. Also, new chosen children and digimon would join the cast as the season progressed. Will it be the case this season, or will they do something different this time?
You didn't believe me when I said it wasn't new Friday, you likely won't believe when I say February 10th.Originally posted by lupin the 3rd

Ya i do I can remember we had to wait a long time with season 3
Spoiler:
That explains Duskmon's reaction at the end of today's episode. I can't wait to learn more.

Frankly, I'm rather surprised Disney started running Frontier in the daily slots as well as the weekly slots. Given that Digimon started in April, and won't even conclude for more than three months at least, and given they need at least a month's lead time to translate an episode, the most they could have so far is maybe...33, 34 episodes at the most? If I were Disney, I would start rerunning the Digimon Adventures seasons about now rather than risk overexposing Frontier at this point.
From every online TV guide listings I've seen it lists "All Aboard" as airing today.
I'm guessing the rest of the season won't be shown until at least February (sweeps).
Well we have to wait to munch though.
They seem to be focusing on a specific season, due to the lack of exposure the show currently has. The previous 3 seasons got to be aired to death between Fox Kids & ABC Family.Originally posted by Gary L Thompson

Anyway, having a certain amount of episodes doesn't mean jack to syndicated anymore. FK used to run Monster Rancher like 20 times a week, and they didn't even have 26 episodes at the time! Currently, Disney runs Legend of Tarzan beside Digimon. That's 6 days a week. Know how many episodes of Tarzan they have? 36. The last one of which debuted in October 2001! So for more than a year, they've been running 5 weeks worth of episodes, over and over and over. Digimon Season 4 will have at least 50 episodes by the end of May. Therefore, rerunning the whole season, of 22 episodes strong at present, and then inserting 5 to 10 more episodes the next rotation (or the one following that), not only allows Sensation to work on the episodes at a resonable pace, but also keeps the new viewers up to speed, and doesn't just burn the show off in one quick run. Tarzan did just that, burned off all 36 episodes at once. So the kiddies watched it, saw all there was to see within the first month, and moved on.
And since the previous seasons of Digimon haven't anything story-wise to do with Season 4, airing older eps between newer ones could prove confusing. It also appears by their limited run of Season 3 on the Disney Syndication Block, that they're only allowed to screen a certain number of episodes contractually anyway. Better new ones than old.
its on UPN?
Yes and no. It's part of the Disney Syndicated Block, along with Buzz Lightyear, Recess, and Tarzan. It's contracted to UPN affiliates, but some independant & Fox affiliates have been known to air it. Also, some only show the sunday block, while others only show the daily, but most show the whole 6 days worth.Originally posted by dmr456
