American shows and Movies...... anime-ized.

What american show or movie do you think would make a awsome anime?

I say Galidor, Alienators: Evolution continues, The Terminator, The Matrix, Barb Wire(it's that movie staring Pamela Lee), and maybe even Star Wars.

Not really an anime, per say, just a bunch of shorts. and the almighty Shinichirou Watanabe (of Cowboy Bebop fame) is directing one of them! Yeah, buddy! ::sparkle::

I've seen some Star Wars comic books in anime, so they already have that. It looks pretty cool, too! They even have a Japanese Spiderman! But it's not in anime, though.... but then there's that Marvel Mangaverse, so I guess that counts....

Another show that would look cool in anime would probably be the Lord of the Rings. Then again.... I don't know; just a thought.

I just remembered something..

something everyone should see..

One of the eraliest works of Gainax (Evangelion, FLCL, Nadia, ect) before they ever even formed Gainax, back in the days when they were just some otaku with dreams..

Its truely a classic little video.. too bad it will most likly never be released on DVD Anywhere..

If the heads don't have a problem with it, I can upload a copy of it to my site.. There shouldn't be a problem with it.. its about 20 years old and was made for the opening of a Convention.. (like modern day AMVs)


BTW, the reason I mentioned this is because of the many many many references to Animation, Comics and Sci-Fi.. one of the scenes features a Bunny Girl fighting Darth Vader.
