Lookin' forward to Mirai Nikki. Wakamoto getting to ham it up is always a pleasure.

This is the talkback thread for Anime Boston 2012: FUNimation Announces 3 New Streaming , 1 New Home Video Release.
Apparently Jormungand is from a seinen manga about a child soldier that joins a group of arms merchants...between this and the new Lupin III, the pickups definitely skew toward their older audience & customers. Interesting stuff.
I'm hoping they or Crunchyroll also plan to grab Eureka 7 AO around the 12th, when it first premieres on Japanese television. After that, I'm pretty sure just about everything worthwhile in the spring anime season is going to be online in some way.
I would suggest that it's not the medium, but the quality of perception and expression, that determines the significance of art. But what would a cartoonist know? -Bill Watterson

I wasn't really planning to watch the second season of Is This A Zombie? despite watching all of the first as it streamed on Crunchyroll, so the fact that this one will only be on FUNimation and Nico's player confirms that I'll be passing on it. Pretty obvious pickup, though.
I was hoping someone would get the new White Fox series. Now if only FUNimation would make the last White Fox series legally available.
New Lupin looks like great stuff. I can't wait to start watching it.
I figured there was no chance of them passing over additional rights for Future Diary. I'm happy about it, as I've been enjoying it quite a bit. I hope they announce Blu-ray rights soon, and I can't imagine they won't.
