Shout! Factory MIGHT be interested in Yu-Gi-Oh Bonds Beyond Time DVD license.

I Emailed A&E Home video to see if they were the actual distributors of yu-gi-oh bonds beyond time, and they said:

As of now, A+E Networks Home Entertainment will not be releasing any of the Yu-Gi-Oh titles on DVD.
    So no they won't sadly.

Which turns to Shout Factory's email if they can release and become rights to Yu-Gi-Oh Bonds Beyond Time release it in the holidays, and they said:

Thanks for your e-mail. The holidays of this is likely too close, but
    we'll explore this title
So it could mean that they can likely distribute this movie onto DVD in the foreseeable future, and hopefully we will get an annoucement on this real soon if it all works out for 4Kids and Shout!

I Emailed 4Kids before i sent messages to Shout and A&E, and they said to remind us,

Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate it!

We are still determining how and when the movie will be released in the U.S. As soon as we know, I assure you we will make an announcement.
This is going to get really intersting in the next several days/weeks guys.

So What do ya guys think of this??

Well, I'm not sure if it's likely to happen. Based on the email you got from Shout, it sounds like they're interested in at least looking into the title, not that they're interested in distributing it or that they're going to in the near future. I think that you're getting a bit too excited from their response, but I certainly wouldn't mind it if they are able to distribute the movie since that would make it slightly easier to get the movie and I would love to see it again. Though, this does confirm for me that the issue with releasing the movie on DVD has been with the distributor. I still think that it could be that there was some dispute between 4Kids and A&E Home Video or they didn't want to associate with 4Kids due to their legal situation.
