Anime's Greatest Nasty Jerks

In many awesome animes, who's the best nastiest villain who's the biggest jerk for their evil actions for world domination and targeting awesome characters as well.

Here's a lot that I've seen that are the most nastiest:

Giovanni/Damien/Harley/Paul/Hunter J/Cyrus/Tepig's nasty trainer(Pokemon) - Both Damien/Harley/Paul/Hunter J/Tepig's evil trainer win the most evilest jerk awards.

Gendo Ikari/Asuka(Neon Genesis Evangelion) - Those two were the biggest jerks ever for abusing poor Shinji.

Myotismon/Piedmon/Kurata/Kiriha/DarkKnightmon(Digimon/Data Squad/Xros Wars) - As a big fan of Digimon, all of them were my favorite nasty villains, but Kiriha/DarkKnightmon were so the most nastiest next to Myotismon/Kurata.

B-ko(Project A-ko)

Seto Kaiba/Dark Bakura(Zorc)/Dark Marik/Gozaburo/Slade and Jagger/Sartorius/Yubel/Roman/Sayer/Z-ONE(Yu-Gi-Oh!/GX/5D's) - All of them were the most best nastiest pricks ever as much as the series rocked!!!!!!

Naraku/The Thunder Brothers:Hiten and Manten/Hakudoushi(Inuyasha) - They were great, but Naraku was so the most evilest villain ever who will never die.

Millions Knives/Legato(Trigun)

Blackbeard/Arlong/Crocodile/Spandam/Spandine/Admiral Akainu/The Celestial Dragons/Disco/Sabo's evil noble family/Captain Hodi Jones(One Piece) - Crocodile/Blackbeard/Admiral Akainu/Captain Hodi Jones are my favorite awesome villains, but the other villains were downright horrible/sick/nasty for their actions though as much as I hated Spandam/Spandine/The Celestial Dragons/Disco/Sabo's noble family.

Kazunoto Gohda(Ghost In The Shell:Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG) - Such an awful creep whose just desserts at the finale was awesome!!!!!

Sousuke Aizen/Gin/The Grand Fisher/Ryuken/Byakuya/Mayuri/Genryusai/Soi Fon/Central 46/Jin Kariya/Nnoitra/Makoto Kibune/Gyokaku Kumoi(Bleach) - Sousuke Aizen was the greatest/calcuating nasty villain ever, but the others were bigger jerkoffs as well.

Light Yagami(Death Note) - Evil manipulative/sadistic/horrible brat that you just love to hate for his nasty actions!!!!!

Johan Liebert/Eva/Director Heinemann/Mr. Hartmann/Peter Chapek/Wim's crappy father(Monster) - Johan was such an awesome/evilest villain, but the other villains were more evil/horrible than him though.

Mao/Yomi/Koya/Byaku/Kaguro(Kekkaishi) - All of them were the greatest biggest jerks, but I'm sad that Mao the popular brat never got her butt kicked though.
