This week: Ichigo vs Ginjo begins and the sub pass has a secret!? ...Well besides that the Soul Society has been pretty much stalking Ichigo, not really.

I'm glad that Ichigo's resolve is so strong and that he easily knocked away Ginjo's words. The flashbacks really help "the end" feeling about this as well.

Also Kon has his final Soul reaper golden/guide this week, with the lights for his show being turned off and ready to end. ....Speaking of Kon, I'm seriously wondering what happened to him. In the manga he hasn't been seen since the early Arrancar arc and you would think he would play a support role in this arc. ...Ah well.

Next week is the final episode and it seems that it will be wrapping up pretty fast. Sad to see this anime go for now but I'm sure it will be back in some form in 4-5 years. Though the magazine that released that Bleach was ending called 366 the final episode, meaning this isn't a hiatus of any sort.

They brought in a great team this week so I was hoping there would be more fighting, but I guess this is the pitfall of having to rush the ending of a series. Ugh.

So the final episode will pit the Bankai's of the two against each other. That makes sense. I wonder how they'll manage to wrap up both that and the plot. Here we go!

Good episode. It is a shame the Ichgio / Ginjou fight was so short. The main fight of the arc, the Ichgio is suppose to be the best fight by far, but really Byakura / Tsukishima was better in both the anime and the manga. But than again compared to all the other fights in the arc, it still way ahead.

As for the omakes, I guess they will be no omake next week. Nice to see Kon back, and this is the funniest omake in weeks.

You've complained about that before too...There's no point of whining about it anymore.

The problem is that Pierrot breezed through the early sections of the manga when they should have been trying to stay more faithful.. It's not because they had a two year gap, that's enough time.

    Episode 364 was awesome,

    The highlights:
The awesome Byakuya vs. Shukuro fight begins, yaaaaaay!!!!!!!
Byakuya/Shukuro look so similar due to their hairstyles.
Ikkaku's speech getting through to poor Moe.
Poor Moe heard Kugo's "kill Moe" line, ouch.
    Shukuro knows Senbonzakura's weakness, cool.
    More Rukia vs. Riruka, sweet.
    Rukia the stuffed rabbit, hahahahahaha.
Riruka's flashback backstory was sweet, she was a terrible sister and everyone's terrified of her.
Yukio/Jackie/Giriko's backstories when they joined Kugo, sweet.
    Riruka owning Rukia, Riruka rocks!!!!!!
Shukuro overpowering Byakuya in Senbonzakura Kageyoshi, cool.
Byakuya owning poor Shukuro by impaling him, so awesome/gruesome, Byakuya rules!!!!!!!!
Next episode preview: Ichigo vs. Kugo along with his new form, sweet.
The Complete Quincy: Ryuken finds Uryu's note.

    The New Kugo rocks!!!!!!!

    Episode 365 was pretty awesome/shocking,

    The highlights:
    Ichigo/Uryu vs. Kugo begins, yaaaaaay!!!!!!!
    Kugo's Getsugatensho attack was sweet.
    Ichigo/Uryu's clashing, hahahahahaha.
I hope Moe turns good, but I'm glad Yukio is alive who's a hostage, hehehe.
    Toshiro/Kenpachi's clashing, hehehe.
    Nice to see Tessai.
Isshin/Kisuke know about Kugo as well.
Kugo's information on the whole Combat Pass which is a lie which it keeps tabs on Ichigo's whereabouts, allowing them to control his Spiritual Pressure, absorbing his Spiritual Pressure, the Soul Society wanting to control Ichigo, and Jushiro being the mastermind behind, pretty interesting/shocking, but Jushiro has faith in Ichigo though.
Ichigo's speech on protecting others/wanting power, sweet.
Kugo's Bankai form and having the power of a Hollow is wicked awesome!!!!!!!
Next episode preview: Ichigo/Kugo's final fight begins and Shukuro/Jackie are alive, sweet.

I happen to be up, so I managed to watch the last episode as it aired.

Honestly... Just seeing how beautiful that last fight was animated, was worth all of it. That was probably the shows best animation that it has seen, if not the best. Though, I'm sure with someone who's seen the series more in full, would probably be able to give a better judgement of that. Still, you can't deny that was amazing. One thing that surprised me was how late the opening ended up playing. Infact, I almost thought they would actually skip on actually airing it, so they could use the extra time, but that ended up not being the case.

Seeing that Ichigo returns to being a Soul Reaper "Substitute", so to speak, obviously wasn't unexpected. Some of the characters from Xcution also kinda got their "happy end", so to speak. That or they simply moved on with their lives. Kinda wondering what their lives will head towards, the ones left alive...

Anyways, the way they ended it, certainly left it open for adapting more material, but it was certainly "the end". They actually had a ending montage of the Captains and others Shinigami/Soul Reapers during the ending credits, which was a really nice touch. They also ended with a on screen note about Ichigo's profile, which I thought was interesting. Not sure WHY they put it there, but, eh.

The storyboard sure was great, but I'm not sure the animation was quite up to par with episode #309 (Aizen's defeat) or episode #341 (Kageroza's defeat). Still, incredible boarding, espicially with that blood. I don't think they brought in Kameda Yoshimichi, which is a shame.

Really great animation for that final battle. Of course, with no more content to use the budget on, it's only natural that it would be able to look so much better than it almost ever does. And that's the end. I'm sure it will come back for another arc, but they may wait until the manga is over, so it will probably be a longer wait than the one year between the first two seasons of Gintama (and likely between the second one and a yet unannounced third one). For now, anyway, this was a good ending. Obviously it's left open for more, but it's not like InuYasha where they clearly haven't accomplished their goal. The series as a whole could easily end at this point, just as it could have after Aizen's defeat. It does seem a little strange to have it end on an arc that only lasted two cours, after the previous filler arc was just as long and the previous canon arc was a stupid amount of years long. Assuming the final arc ends up being closer in length to that arc than it is to this one, this actually seems like the strangest arc to end it on, as it will almost definitely end up being the shortest one. At least they didn't end up having to end it on a filler arc, and at least this arc came to its proper conclusion nicely.

I'd usually say something about the series as a whole, but... this is Bleach. Over the past 366 episodes, I'm sure I've said everything I have to say about the series as a whole. Not bad overall.

    Series Grade: B-

I just finished watching 366 and it was a pretty good way to end the anime. The animation was just top notch and I loved how Ichigo vs Ginjo was handled. Ichigo's decision as a whole wasn't surprising, but it really did leave this anime on a great ending note. Everything is resolved and a new beginning can occur whenever.

This might have been the first time where I was kind of disappointed not to see a filler arc after this, mostly because it's hard to let go of something that you've been watching weekly for years.

The anime overall was great and I deeply appreciated all the extra content in filler when it came to the Zanpakutos, Bounts, and the Kagaroza arc. ....Yep, I didn't include the Amagai arc in there for a reason .

Overall Grade:B The story itself is obviously not perfect, but who cares? I've seen worse storyboards and Pierrot always tries so hard to make things even more interesting than they originally are. People seem to always find something to pick on Bleach for, meanwhile their reasons are completely exaggerated and it turns out 80% of the time they are just "hardcore" Naruto/One Piece fans.

My last request- Tite Kubo, pleaseeee let Riruka come back in the manga. That is all.

Until a few more years, later Ichigo!

That's a reference to the first chapter/episode. Ichigo is introduced through his profile, and then at the end of the chapter/episode, the part about him being a substitute soul reaper is added at the end. They also show his profile (without the soul reaper part) at the beginning of this arc.

A nice last episode. They did rush through the fight and the epiloque. But I liked the credit and post credit epiloque.

I don't know what Kira has against Rose, I could see Shinji driving him to drink, but Rose. Soi Fon apprentely doesn't blond guys. And Yuzu knows about Ichigo being a shingami? I wonder if that is true in the manga, we will see. I wonder if Karen and Yuzu know about Isshin?

I am sure Bleach will be back someday.

And RockmanDash the way things are going in the latest chapter, I wouldn't be surprised if Riruka cameback, but since the current plot has nothing to do with humans, not anytime soon, besides she just left, so it could be a while.

It was sad to see it ending, especially on this story arc in which I didn't find the story line or fight scenes interesting at all.

I hope to see Bleach come back to animate the rest of the manga.
