    Digimon Savers have sequal prudential

I have only seen one episode so I am not really going to judge it yet, but Digimon Xros Wars looks like it could be an excellent series, don't get me wrong, but I thought the epiloque of Savers really left a lot of prudential storylines on the table. Like for example:

Kurata where abouts are unknown, it is not clear weather he is alive or dead, so he could comeback again.

Ikuto and Chika didn't go on a trip to the digital world together, and I thought they could have made a great team.

Combine my two previous points, Chika and Kurata never interacted, Kurata hates the Damon family, only natural we add Chika to the list of Damon nemesis to Kurata's life.

And of all the characters, the one that had so much untabbed prudential Relena. She is someone that has always been protected by her dad and / or brother, so I would have liked to have seen her become more independent and be part of the new digimon team with Chika and Ikuto and whoever else. Also her family background could be explorded more in a sequel series. Her mother died giving birth to her, so maybe she has some guilt about that. And all the family drama that is the Norstein family.

Also liked to have seen Chika and Relena become friends. I thought they could have been good influence on each other because of their personality differences.

It is a shame they didn't make a sequel in betweet Savers and today.

I thought it was pretty clear that Kurata had died before the Royal Knights came along. Personally, I wouldn't want him to come back. While having a human villain not under the control of an evil Digimon was kind of refreshing, he was more annoying to me than an evil/intimidating villain. I wouldn't want him to come back like Myostimon. At least Myostimon was a cooler/more intimidating villain than Kurata to me.

Keenan and Christy could have made a nice team, although Christy didn't really have a Digimon partner throughout most of the series, so I don't think that she could have done as much as the other characters like Keenan. I'm not sure if Kurata would add Christy as one of his enemies. I don't believe that they met during the series. If he did come back, which I still wouldn't like, I could see him using Christy to get to Marcus, but that's about it.

While I agree it would have been kind of nice to see Relena become more independent during the epilogue, especially since she seemed like such a sweet and innocent girl, I'm not surprised that they didn't do much with her. She was introduced fairly late into the series and was under an illness until Thomas created a cure for her during the five years after the series, so she couldn't have really been developed that much. It would have been interesting, but I'm not sure if it would be really necessary.

Personally, a sequel to Savers/Data Squad would be nice, especially since I didn't like how they concluded some parts of the storyline, mainly Marcus staying with Agumon while everyone else had to say goodbye. And they could focus on some of the characters you mentioned while introducing other ones. Though, I'd be content with a movie taking some place after the five year epilogue, simile to that second Tamers movie, with all of the characters and Digimon back in the human world with their human partners.

Well someone on fanfiction.net forum was talking about of all the three series that didn't get a sequel, Savers had the most open ended epiloque and really should have had a sequel. He also said, he wouldn't want Ikuto to be the new goggle head, and there should be a new person to fill the role. I guess that meant he would want a Daisuke to Ikuto and Chika's Takeru and Hikarai.

That is fine with me, but instead of this person being an annoying third wheel in a relationship I like, he should be Relena's love interest, and stay out of the way of Ikuto and Chika. What I thought of, he is a kid that is sweet like Takato but is a bragger or show off like Daisuke. He is a neighborhood pal of Ikuto and Chika, when Chika is not around, he teases Ikuto about him and Chika. Than when he meets their friend Relena who has transferred to a private Japanese school to be with her brother, he has an instant crush on her.

And to round it all up, have Ikuto's little sister be the tooken little kid. And that would be our original main character cast, with at least one add on coming at the half way point like in ever Digimon series.
