Dubbing companies with the best actors

For me it's 4K!ds no questions asked.
Funimation can demonize One Piece all they want - they still can't change the cartoony elements, the looming bias against it in America, the frequent juvenile gags, and the fact that half the cast at times look like Muppets.

How about none of them. Seriously, none of the dubbing companies have inside studios, except FUNimation. They hire other studios to provide the voice actors and actresses for them. 4Kids is no different, they hire NY VA's to work for them, but most of that work is done inside a different studio and not in house by 4Kids. To prove my point, STUDIopolis is a famous LA VA area, but many of them work for other dubs as well not done by STUDIopolis- Yuri Lowenthal being one of the biggest. BANDAI typically produces dubs by Ocean Group and by various LA Studios. With most of them not being in-house, then you can't say any dubbing company has the best actors. Even FUNi has gone out of their house when they decide to use the same VA's for previous series as shown in Tenchi Muyo! GXP, Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki, and the newer Slayers seasons.
College football, basketball, the NFL, the NBA, and MLB. I may not be an expert, but these sports always keep me fascinated if the game is good!

    Give it a rest.
I would suggest that it's not the medium, but the quality of perception and expression, that determines the significance of art. But what would a cartoonist know? -Bill Watterson
