Um, I think you're going to find that a number people will see "favorite Naruto filler" as being an oxymoron, if you know what I mean...
As for me, I don't like or hate the fact that there are fillers, but I just prefer to focus on the source material.

Dont know about favorite but I did find the episode where Rock Lee had created a dojo. That was hilarious to say the least.
