I like Oliver's since he's the only one I heard.

Bob Bergen (Streamline - Mystery of Mamo)
Robin Robertson (AniEigo)
Bill Dufries (Manga Entertainment UK - The Secret of Mamo, Goodbye Lady Liberty)
David Hayter (Manga Entertainment - Castle of Cagliostro)
Sonny Strait(FUNimation Entertainment - various Lupin TV Specials)
Tony Oliver (Geneon Entertainment - Lupin 2nd TV series, Mystery of Mamo)
Unknown (JAL Airlines - 1978)
I like Oliver's since he's the only one I heard.

I've only heard the Streamline and Manga Cagliostro VAs and Tony Oliver. The Streamline VA was a little too childish and the Manga Cagliostro VA was a bit too casual. I think Tony is a perfect fit.

I actually prefer Streamline's Lupin better (assuming that it was the same one that voiced Lupin on the 'Greatest Capers') he sounded the most suave, yet still goofy out of all the Lupin's.
In terms of supporting characters (like Jigen, Goemon, Zenigata and random people around the world), Pioneer/Geneon has got everyone beat.
However, Funimation's 'Loo-pen' dub has the best Fujiko, though.
Tony Oliver all the way, for me! He's got the most distinctive, funny voice, and I just like the whole Geneon cast. As someone on the lupinthethird.net forums pointed out, they just have a really good chemistry with each other. The Funimation cast also works well, but the individual voices aren't as good (in my opinion). They're pretty good for the movies though. Sometimes I prefer the Funimation Fujiko, like kempobot said.
Does anybody else think the Geneon Fujiko sounds eerily like Jesse from Pokemon at times? Not that it's a bad thing.

Hmm...that's pretty hard choice. David Hayter did an honest job as Lupin in the movie. Tony Oliver is the one I grew up with. Bob Bergen sounded awesome when I heard him.
I guess I'll pick Oliver.

Bob Bergen and Tony Oliver's were the best. The VA who did Lupin in the 1978 JAL dub is my third favorite. The JAL dub actor was unique because he actually sounded like he was trying to imitate Yasuo Yamada, the original Japanese voice-actor.
I prefer Strait. Maybe it was the movies and TV specials, but his performance was down to earth and likable.
I haven't heard much of the other VAs, and Oliver sounded a little too over the top sometimes.

Tony and Sonny are great Lupin voices

I've added the JAL Airlines to the poll.
After hearing some of the dub voices, I have to say, I like Geneon's the best. Tony Oliver is able to keep Lupin's cheerfulness intact while giving him his own unique voice.
Streamline is pretty good. Bob Bergen did a pretty good job. I never really warmed up to Sonny Strait's performance. I mean, its not bad, but it could be better. The JAL one is okay. I haven't heard the Animiego, Manga US or UK voices yet.
I'd go with Tony Oliver. He just did a great job at capturing Lupin, imho.
My problem with Oliver is that he's just too high pitched for the role. Like he's speaking through his nose half the time (of course this is a problem he's had with just about every role he's played).
Hayter I wish we could here more from, he was dynamite in the Cagliostro dub and sounded like he was having a lot of fun in the role as well. Alas however, he has gone legit.
