Rin from Midori Days is not really evil. She's vulgar, dominating, and brazen, but evil may be stretching it.
In all your favorite animes, who do you think is the baddest/evilest sibling in anime like Sesshoumaru,Knives,Dewey,Itachi,Byakuya,Diva(Blood+), or Artemis(Moonphase) on how which makes them so evil, they're loving it.
To me, I chose Nabiki,Itachi,Byakuya,Diana(MAR),& Diva because I find those bad siblings to be the worst, most evil, ruthless, heartless,& sadistic out of the others which makes them the biggest jerkoffs in the anime universe & the most coolest of them all.

But it was actually helpful.
I vote Hao(Shaman King) because he wanted to get rid of the human race and was almost able to accomplish it until Yoh stopped him.
I choose Dewey because he's a self-centered, self-righteous, pompous ass that wants to change the world to his image and uses people to get his way.
Okay, sure. That's what a lot of bad guys use, but still. He's mean.![]()

I'd have to object to having Sesshoumaru on that list. Yeah, he was an ass in the beginning, but he had legitimate reason to be pissed off. He didn't have any far-reaching schemes, and he didn't revel in causing pain and destruction. He just wanted what he felt was rightfully his, and was simply a bit violent and tactless in going about it. Sesshoumaru is more of an anti-hero than an actual villain.
Check if an episode of Inuyasha is canon or filler, who's directing it, and when the openings and endings change at the comprehensive list
Man... If only Avatar counted. Azula deserves a spot here. :3

I wouldn't say Byakuya is evil, hes just appears really cold hearted and kind of bastardy early in the anime.
Knives has got to be one of the worst. He was not only crazy, but just the most horrible kind of cold blooded killer. He completely ignores any pleas from his brother and doesn't hesitate to make Vash's life hell.
I really want to say Shin Natsume, older brother to Maya, from Tenjho Tenge was kind of evil later on, though now that I think about it he was probably more split personality psychopath. He with out a doubt had some violence issues. (which the manga portrays so much more gruesomely than the anime)
Tobi: "Tobi's a good boy."
Zero: "Be crushed to dust you relic."
Magneto: "The brave are always the first to die."
Akio Ohtori from Revolutionary Girl Utena. Worst. Brother. Ever.Spoiler:

I thought Jun Tao and Len Tao were pretty evil and creepy, until they both became good guys at the end. I especially like how the dub team gave Chinese kids British accents....![]()

Spoiler:
Folken in Escaflowne is pretty bad, even though he does have a good and compassionate side. When you put your brother through hell and let your kingdom get wrecked, I'd say you qualify as bad.
And of course, Itachi from Naruto. Even in the very unlikely event that he didn't kill his clan, what he put Sasuke through is enough to make him a horrible person all by itself.
Technically Dilandou is eligible for this thread. The pyromaniac gets my vote.Folken in Escaflowne is pretty bad, even though he does have a good and compassionate side. When you put your brother through hell and let your kingdom get wrecked, I'd say you qualify as bad.
You-Know-Who from Fullmetal Alchemist was pretty fun, too.
Of all animes anywhere, Radditz from DBZ is the worst. Knives pales in comparison, since even he wouldn't ask his brother to destroy an entire planet full of people.
"Be y'all a Martin, or be y'all a Coy rabbit?"
Well from the Ranma 1/2 series I would list Nabiki, who able to pull nearly all the cast's strings, and Kodachi, who was just plain crazy.
And then there is Diana from the Mar series.
