Ok, no, no I am not. This is actually really, really good. Vocal inflections and tone feel just about right for a show like this. Sounds great, guys! As for the show itself, it's neat to see a single mother as the main character... as well as a bloodletting demon very reminiscent of Devil Woman. :3

You know, it's nice to see that the people who work with anime actually CARE about the dubs. I still remember Harmony Gold's Dragon Ball dub, jeez....

Anyway, it looks like the dub will be first rate. The vocals are fitting and the dialogue is natural and well-written. The animation looks fine, too. The single mother thing is also quite interesting, we don't get a lot of heroines like that. The kid looks endearing, too. I think I'll like this anime.

For some reason, Masane's first transformation reminded me of Bruce Banner trying to stop his transformation into the Hulk, I wonder if that was intentional . . .

Looks like the fan service will be first-rate, too. Spike TV is probably pursuing this series like nothing else if Adult Swim doesn't already have it.

It'd be nice if Spike did get it. They could use a good anime to follow up the new season of The Ultimate Fighter. Plus, they'd actually promote it.
